For each job, candidates need to demonstrate the following:
- A passion for pig farming
- High welfare standards
- For the Pig Stockperson role, less experience will be considered as training is provided
- Proven pig stockmanship (for the management roles)
- Leadership (for the management roles)
- Communication skills & a can-do attitude
- Driving license and own car
