We have a new job opportunity for a Pig Stockperson for an outdoor breeding unit in Oxfordshire (OX13).

Our client is a family-run, 3rd generation, well-established business specialising in pig production and arable.

This top-performing breeding-to-finishing unit operates an RSPCA-Assured high-welfare pig production system with 900 sows.

The owner runs a modern farm with continual investment in people and training. 

The producer is looking for a Pig Stockperson to work on the breeding side of the business. Those with less experience but with passion and determination will also be considered.

The ideal candidate must have: 

• Great communication skills
• Excellent stockmanship
• High welfare and husbandry abilities
• Motivation and a positive attitude
• Previous practical experience with livestock

Salary Guide: £24,000 - £28,000 DOE
