Minimum booking of just one week – no maximum. Whether you need cover for a week, several months or anything in between, we can tailor the service to your requirements.
We employ the relief staff and manage their PAYE. This means we handle payroll and associated employment administration, reducing the burden on your business. You are not directly responsible for Employers’ National Insurance, workplace pension, holiday pay or SSP for our relief staff.
Simple fortnightly invoicing. We invoice every two weeks based on a signed timesheet, keeping the process straightforward and transparent.
Staff to suit your requirements. Our relief team covers a wide range of experience and abilities, from pressure washers and general farm workers to experienced stockpersons, assistant managers, and farm managers.
Indoor and outdoor experience available. We can provide staff with experience across different production systems and levels of responsibility.
No fuss, no bother. Our staff arrive, get on with the job, work as part of your team and follow your farm’s procedures and production systems.
Individuals who fit into your team. We look for reliable people with the right attitude who understand the importance of high welfare standards, productivity and working as part of a team.
Ideal for unexpected staff shortages. Relief staff can provide valuable cover for holidays, sickness, staff leaving, recruitment gaps, busy periods or simply when you need an extra pair of hands.
Accommodation sorted. As our relief staff often travel from outside the local area, we usually need to provide accommodation. If you don’t have accommodation available on farm, we can source a suitable Airbnb or other local accommodation on your behalf.
Book ahead or ask us at short notice. We are happy to accept pre-bookings, but where availability allows, we can also provide staff with as little as 24 hours’ notice.
Continuity where possible. If a relief worker proves to be a good fit for your farm, we can look to use the same person again for future bookings, helping them become familiar with your team and working practices.
We handle the administration. From recruitment and screening to payroll and timesheets, we manage the process, so you can focus on running the farm.
Gangmasters Licensed. Roadhogs Recruitment Ltd. holds a Gangmasters Licence, providing additional reassurance that our relief staffing operation is appropriately licensed and regulated.
