They are an experienced pig stockperson with over 15 years’ hands‑on experience working across indoor and outdoor pig units, covering breeding, weaners, growers and finishers. Known for delivering excellent animal welfare outcomes, with proven breeding performance, including serving 60 sows every three weeks with a 95–97% success rate.

Previously employed on a unit ranked Top 10 nationally for low medication use and high welfare standards, demonstrating strong stockmanship, attention to detail, and adherence to modern farming systems. Reliable, physically fit, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team within high‑performing indoor units.
