They have six years of experience working on pig units, covering the management of the large-scale set-up, bedding and welfare. They also have experience on a breeding unit covering farrowing and servicing. They have worked on livestock farms their entire life and have experience with animal husbandry, including sheep and cattle.

This individual enjoys working as part of a team, is more than capable of initiative, and has management experience.
