We are recruiting for a Piggery Manager for a family-run mixed farm in southwest Australia.

The large-scale enterprise is 160km southeast of Perth, near a major regional town. It has 1400 sows, and candidates must understand pig production farrow-to-finish.

Job description:

• Manage the staff to hit KPIs
• Maintain high welfare standards
• Using computers and recording programs
• Inspire a can-do attitude to drive a productive team
• Must be easy going with good communication skills
• Drive continuous improvement in production and staff

Salary guide: $80,000 - 100,000 depending on experience.
