We have a new vacancy for a part-time Indoor Pig Stockperson for a unit in Somerset (BA3).

Our client runs a small family-run farm and is looking for an indoor pig stockperson to help them 3/4 days a week.

The unit has 250 sows – Farrow to Finish.

The successful applicant would ideally have:

• Tractor skills
• Ideally, general all-round knowledge of indoor pig production (training can be given)
• High welfare standards
• Passion for the pig industry

For this role, the farm will consider entry-level applicants with, ideally, agricultural qualifications or livestock experience. 

Good rates of pay, depending on experience.

Housing not available, so candidates need to be able to commute to BA3.
