We are recruiting an Indoor Junior Pig Stockperson to join a farm situated on the Lancashire/Greater Manchester Border (WN6).

The successful candidate will join a team on a 400-sow indoor pig unit.

Applicants should ideally have one year of experience working with pigs or other livestock.

Person specification:

• An agricultural background or qualifications
• Some knowledge of pigs would be ideal (not essential)
• A desire to want to learn about the industry
• Keenness to get stuck in with washing, cleaning, moving
• People and team skills
• A passion for farming

Salary guide (doe): £20,000 - £25,000 per annum

 Plus, single person accommodation.
