Our candidate is looking for a job in agriculture.

With family in the dairy industry, they have been exposed to farm life throughout their upbringing, having often worked summers on the farm growing up. They don’t have any formal full-time experience or qualifications in the agriculture industry, but it is a career they want to pursue after they leave the British Army in November 2024.

They consider themselves as having good communication skills. The ability to both lead and follow and be resilient and an individual with a strong work ethic who thrives under hard graft.
